A few months ago we received these products to check out and try at home. It’s SoCozy Professional Hair Care for Children created by Cozy Friedman stylist and owner of the very successful Cozy’s Cuts for Kids . I am very cautious about the products my kiddos use. They are so sensitive so it’s very important to me that a product is safe and free of harsh chemicals.
It took me so long to write about these wonderful products because I wasn’t going to rave about them without being sure and giving it a long extensive trial with subjects 1 and 2 a.k.a. Jon and Sarah. I mean we’re almost running out! We’ve given them our seal of approval. We’ve tried all except for the Boo Lice Prevention set, thank goodness, I haven’t had the need for those yet. Jon and Sarah both use the Cinch 2 in 1 Shampoo+BodyWash and the Cinch 3 in 1 Shampoo+ Conditioner+BodyWash and they loved the smell of them. Sarah uses the Cinch Super Hydrating Conditioner and the Cinch Detangler/leave-in Conditioner .
All the products smell amazing and it’s the first thing they noticed. I loved the scents as well but my favorite thing is that they’re very light and give out a good amount of suds. Hydration, hydration, hydration…so important. Sarah’s hair is dry and gets worse during these winter months. The conditioner leaves her hair hydrated, soft and manageable!I dread coming out her hair because it’s such a hassle it gets knotted easily because she doesn’t have curly, thick hair like me. The detangler helps so much with knotting and leaves and extra amount of conditioning which she really needs.
When it comes to styling both their hairs I use both the Behave styling Gel and the Behave styling Mousse both have medium hold. I love the fruity scents, just the right amount and not over-bearing. I don’t like my kiddos using so much product on their hair, but I use these everyday on them because they are light. I don’t feel like it weighs their hair down at all. I want a product that does what is supposed to do but won’t leave a flaky, hard mess.
I wish I was able to do all kinds of cool hair styles on Sarah but sadly, the most I can do are simple braids and ponytails. (If you ever see Sarah with her hair done perfectly it’s because my sis-in-law did it…all her!) I think anyone can learn a thing or two from Cozy’s Complete Guide to Girls’Hair super simple hair styles with great explanations!
I hope you get a chance to try these products out! My next venture is to take Sarah for a cut at one of the SoCozy Cuts for Kids salons in the city. I’ll let you know how it goes because Sarah is very shy and gets so scared of salons. I’ll keep you posted!
