I’m here confined at home thanks to Hurricane Sandy, toughing it out and strongly trying not to panic because I don’t do well at all under pressure, especially under circumstances such as this. We are as prepared as we can be so there’s nothing much to do but trust in God and wait it out.
So, perfect time to post my over a month old pics of our time apple picking at Masker’s Orchard in Warwick, NY. We had a great time, came home with way too many apples then we can go through, apple cider doughnut and apple cider! My brother came along with us, and for the little ones who look up to their uncle it was extra special having him there.
Apple picking is such a great tradition, and my kids just look forward to it so much. They love picking the apples alll on their own and eating tons of them on the way.
Here are just some of the pics of our day:
She was just having way too much fun being a “big girl” and picking her own.
smiling hard with uncle Jro.
Daddy is #1 uncle Jro #2….she’s one lucky girl!
I kept wondering why little man’s shirt had white spots on the pics……here’s the proof.
Daddy, Jon Sarah….they love him infinity!!
Well, these where some pics. I was around but my hair had a life of its own that day and I wasn’t at all willing to show you the evidence.
I’m looking forward to next year…but right now I’m in Christmas mode…..tree picking time…getting ahead of myself but it’s my favorite holiday!
