Hello everyone!! It has been spring break week at our home and it has rained every….single…day. yuck! The hubs is taking off tomorrow and we’re starting our mini staycation…no definite plans…we’ll just be deciding our day to day activites on the spot! Go away rain!
Anyway, I’ve really missed sharing our faves, I really do love over-sharing!ha!
Here are this week’s links to love:
1. -I love browsing kids fashion on Instagram, especially when it’s about small businesses. It’s hard to find clothes in my kid’s sizes. They’re too old for the some of the clothes I find. Jonathan wears a kids in shirts and Sarah wears a 10. It all depends on the fit!
HatchforKids is one of those brands where the range in size is pretty high. I love how unique and just really cool the shirts are! I’m so excited because I finally placed my first order and I can’t wait until the kids wear them. I’ll keep you posted!
2.-** ETSY LOVE** BipandBop– this shop holds a special place in my heart. I ordered 2 necklaces, one for my best friend and another for my sister. They’re simple necklaces. For my sister, I chose a small “bar” with my brother’s childhood nickname “Jorgito” engraved on it. It was beautiful and I can not wait to order my own.
3.- **Family TV** We are movies/TV junkies…all of us. Family TV time is important for us and good shows are hard to find these days. We really like the Amazon original kids series Gortimer Gibbons; Life on Normal Street ..Actually I can’t tell if it’s a kid fave or mine! I dont want to give anything away, but the life lessons at the end of every episode are gold! We binged watched it from Friday into next day, Saturday morning. (darn instant streaming) I hope Season 2 is in the works!
7. my kiddos have a bunk bed. Sarah sleeps on the bottom. It was too dark for her. She didn’t want to sleep at all on her bed. The hubs and I thought it’d be a great idea to hand lights from the top of the bed. The lights we got at IKEA called KILOMETER looked amazing. They don’t get hot and they’re not too bright…perfect. They change to different colrs and give the are warmth and comfortable feel. *WARNING: I speak from experience when I say that f you will do something like this that you be sure they are adjusted properly and securely and that you know your child won’t be prone to pulling on them.**
I hope you enjoyed this post!!
